*To qualify for the 2024 Las Vegas Real Estate Agent VIP program, the qualifying purchase and sales agreement (PSA) must be signed by buyer between 1/1/24 - 12/31/24. Real Estate Agent partner must accompany and register their buyer on their first visit. This program applies to each Real Estate Agent. Real Estate Teams cannot obtain VIP status. Real Estate Agent partner must ensure the commission is itemized in the PSA and accounted for on the closing statement. Valid for licensed Real Estate Agents only and subject to employing broker’s approval. Real Estate Agent partner qualifies for commission(s) only if buyer satisfies the following requirements in the time frame required PSA: buyer timely selects options, upgrades and extras; buyer timely receives conditional loan approval; no other buyer contingencies exist; and the buyer is not in default of the PSA. The commission will be earned and paid at closing after all contingencies have been satisfied and a Beazer Home manager has approved.

**To be eligible for the 3.5% commission, 2 homes must have closed within the program period to be eligible.

***For the 4% commission, 3+ homes must have closed within the program period. Additional restrictions may apply and this program can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Investor sales do not qualify for the Program. Real Estate Agent partner is responsible for tracking and requesting higher rate.
